Dome Light, Key left in ignition, seatbelt buzzer.

Hello All ,

I have a 1996 Honda Civic Ex. This all started with the dome light, which I though was just burnt out, I bought a replacement bulb and the new one did not work either. I googled around and read where if the buzzer / warning for the lights didn't work it may be the fuse for the buzzer. Looking through my owners manual I cannot find which fuse is for the buzzer ?

The dome light does not work at all with either door opened or if I just put it in the on position. The 7.5 fuse under the hood in position 10 is not blown.
The key left in ignition buzzer also does not work.

The seat belt warning when the ignition is first turned on also does not sound.

The buzzer when you leave the lights on and shut the car off also does not work.

Thank you in advance for the help.

Do you have an aftermarket CD player?

Have you checked fuse 43 under the dash?

I'm not sure of the number because I checked every fuse under the dash until I found a blown one and replaced it , everything came back. That 1 7.5 fuse controls the dome light, Trunk light, Intermittent wiper, Key buzzer and Headlights left on buzzer.

Tks.
