How goes it? I just tore down a D16Y8 to the main cap. i would like to send out the lower half and have it built by a machine shop. same as the head but i will be installing the top half myself. Forged is the way i am wanting to go. i have heard the crank can just be balanced and polished? also money is a issue but not. hence why im not building a r32 motor. pistons rods yada ya. bigger fuel injectors and so fourth. will be boosted. wanted peoples opinions on what rods and pistons people have had luck with. compression? boost levels that they can or would handle? (NO NOs). i still do not have the car yet as i will be flying to AZ to buy one and drive it back. thanks for your guys replies. Tom
