I'm debating about putting a front plate on my 2011 Civic sedan, but it appears there is no mounting kit for the plate included with my car. I live in Pennsylvania, where state-issued plates are not used in the front, and did not receive any sort of mounting hardware in the trunk, glove compartment, or on the front of the car.
Is this something the dealer should have supplied by default? I'd assume they'd put it in the car in case someone had a front plate or moved to another state where a front plate is required, but is there a chance this would have been left out since it's not a state necessity? (If so, would I get charged for it at the dealer?)
Alternately, could there be another place this is stored in the car that I'm missing?
