fuel pressure regulator ?

I've got a ek4 civic. Is it worth gettin a fuel pressure regulator. If so no of any good ones. Thanks

yh i have but i mean a uprated one so you can adjust the pressure

I would think it would be more benificial on a performance perspective if you get other upgrades to get the usefulness out of it. Like cams, I/h/e ect...but it will look better at the very least. That's my opinion. Haha
