i have a 96 civic, with a 99 integ typr R front end conversion, and im taking a wild guess, but i belive the wireing isnt all that great. my healight and all the guages in my car, including the cluster, dull down and bright up repeatedly. also my battery keeps going dead and i have to charge it all the time. i dont think its the battery thts why i havnt bout a new one. i heard it coult be a grounding problem but i dont know how to check that or if i could be any other problem. any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

could be your alternator...check that
thats what happend to my sisters car.....it was her alternatorI have the similar problem, my terminal on my battery was messed up and i needed to fix it. I fixed it eventually though, i took a random piece of metal and slammed it in with the terminal and it held and worked much better. I also took my battery light out of my cluster and that helped too haha.
step one, replace your battery connectors... $3 at any auto part store, makes a huge difference. Buts its probably your Alt
