Headligth aiming?

I have an 05 Civic sedan, with the jdm style black houseing headlights and i need to know how to aim them left to right. thanks

Idk about 7th gens, but my '96 has a couple screws in the back. One for up and down, one for left and right (I think). Worst case is you take the scenic route and take the light out, adjust, and pop it back on to check. Tedious process to get them both perfect, but once they are set you're golden.

Yeah that might be what i have to do, ive looked everywhere for the second screw and cant find it or its not there.
