Help decoding S.A VIN

Hey I have been trying to decode my VIN but all of the threads dont know work on mine so could someone please help me. Here's the VIN:

that is not a vin number. where are you getting this number from?

there should be a little sheet metal piece riveted to your dash that is visible when you look through the windshield.

It is the VIN it's on a sheet of metal on the bar where the radiator mounts and on the fire wall with 2 honda badges on either end

the vin will either be on your door jam or on the dash board.

Well on S.A cars it's near the radiator mount and on the firewall
