help..oil in spark plug..

hey guys i have a 00 em1 b16a2 problem is my number 3 spark plug has oil on the electrode.car is bogging hard and dies out.anyone know whats the problem?ive been reading up that it could be the valve seals,valve guides or the piston rings.any thoughts?suggestions?thanks for any help guys..

Is your CEL on?

Since there's only one plug with oil, I'd check the condition of the O-ring first.

Oil on the electrode part of the plug isn't good. Also check valve guide, valve seals, and piston rings as you mentioned.

cel light works i have a feeling its the rings now cause iam blowing out smoke.thanks guys really appreciate it.
