Hids in foglights

So I've been wanting to order foglights for my car but also want to convert them to hid, my question is has anyone used the yellow lense foglights with 3k hids? I want them to be as bright yellow ad possible any suggestions on what route to go

Let me first start by saying that I've owned both the yellow and the clear fog lights (bough on eBay). With that said, if you want a bright yellow color, I'd suggest doing the clear fog lights with either bright 3k halogen bulbs, or see if you can install some 3k yellow HIDs go ahead (I've never done HID route). My yellow fog lights (while using stock halogen bulbs) started to peel, like the film that is glued on the inside just started coming off after about 7 months of use. I'm fairly happy with my yellow halogen bulbs on clear fogs, and it's bright enough for me at night.
