Ok guys well my brother barly got his 95 coupe with a gsr swap he bought it as a project when he got it he started it up started fine but it had a bog to it he then saw that the iacv plug knock sensor and o2 wires were mest up he fixed the iacv not the o2 because the headers that came with it didnt even have an o2 sensor he hasnt bought a knock senor yet but when he conected the iacv and started the engine up it revd up to like 4k rpm when it got warm it would go down to 1500 rpms and stay there we took off the iacv and cleaned it put it back and went down to 3500 when cold 1s warm down to 1500 i was checkn around to see if it had a vacum leak didnt find 1 but noticed that the dizzy would like throw a spark from were it bolts up then the water would over flow in the resivor tank and the headers were glowing red hot so we turned it off it wasnt over heating but the headers are cracked from were they conect to the head any 1 have any ideas at what this can be

Clean the TB and adjust throttle cable to have some slack.

The engine is running rich, at least in part, because you don't have the primary O2 sensor installed.
