Honda Civic 1.4Vtec 2000 Electrical Issue

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I got to start somewhere. I have a 2000 Honda Civic 1.4Vtec. At present the fan heater is not working, neither is the rear demister, I checked and the 30A fuse looked to have blown so I ordered a new one from Lookers Honda (Main Dealer) but it has not fixed the problem. Without taking it to Honda and having to pay a fortune to get it looked at could anyone give me any suggestions on what I should check or replace to keep the cost down?

No, it was working fine and then one day it just stopped. I ordered a new fuse from honda as the old one when I looked had clearly blown. Put the one in but it is still not working
