Hood hinges bent/hood won't close fully?

Hi - I rear-ended someone last night (at a very low speed), and there's no damage to my car except the hood won't close fully. There's about a 2.5 inch gap between the hood and the body of the car, - the latch locks, but there's still a gap. It looks like the hinges were bent back a little bit, causing the gap.
The hood is fine, so I'd imagine I just have to get new hinges. Can I easily/safely fix this myself? It looks like I'd just have to use a wrench to remove the old hinge(and possibly remove the wipers?) and then put the new hinges on.
Thanks!

chances are your rad support is pushed in as well. so changing the hinges won't help much. you need to pull the rad support forward as well.
