Horn fuse keeps blowing

I have a 2000 Honda civic ex. I noticed the horn wasnt working and found out that the fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse yesterday. I locked my doors with the clicker today and it didnt honk. I went and checked the horn and i didnt work. the fuse has blown again, what do i do?

well, id start with the horn wires. sounds like its grounding out somewhere.
