What type of horsepower gain would I expect from a y7 to z6 head swap with y8 intake?

Minimal gains... 20-30hp. I did a y7 to y8 swap and I could barely feel the difference.

I had to wire a Vtec light to my dash in order to know it was kicking in, because I couldn't really tell the difference
