Just for the info I have a 89 crx hf running obd 1 with a p28 ecu. The timing jumper connector in my car was located on the driver side strut tower in clear view. Ive spent days looking for this damn thing and when I finally found it I realized I could just ground the d4 pin but this does make it alot easier then pulling the carpet out. Just wanted to let some peeps know incase they come across the same problem.
