    Honda Bulletein

    There are Honda bulletins published on this for the 2 and 4 window models. If Honda wrote up a bulletin on this aren't they suppose to perform any labor free of charge. The bulletin does not list much material. So, out of pocket should not be much.

    No. Just because they post a bulletin about something doesn't make them liable for work. If it was a recall, yes. Bulletin no.
