How-To Install Short Ram Intake on DX
This has been asked too many times. Here you go
1) Remove Stock Air box. Refer to Picture 2
a)Remove 4 clips marked in red. Remove the airbox cover and the entire breather hose.
b)Unplug sensor and intake hose marked in yellow.
c)Remove two bolts marked in green.
d)You can now pull the airbox out from the throttle body.
e)Remove black box as shown in picture 3. Remove the two bolts and push the box against yourself. It should come right out.
2)Now, just fit the new intake onto the throttle body. Plug the sensor and intake hose back to your new intake as shown in picture 5.
3)Check all clamps and screws. Make sure they are tight.
4)Reset ECU or Disconnect negative battery cable for few minutes.
5)That's it. Enjoy your loud and whistling intake.
