how to remove intake mani butterfly(h22)?

i have a chipped p06 ecu and the car runs fine until it gets to about 6500-7000 rpms. after that it feels like its being restricted and i think its because the butterflies in the manifold are not opening.

do i have to take the manifold in order to take them out? if thats not how then do i take them out??

anyone??? i know you have to remove a vacuum line but i dont know which one.

are you talking about the throttle body part that turns open and closed with the accelerator cable?

use a different ecu with no IAB.

p06's don't have an IAB board. I think they stay open all the time with no vacuum If I'm not mistaken.
