I hydrolocked my civic. How can I fix it?

I saw the other threads on how you just pull out the spark plugs and turn the car over and it should shoot the water out then you're fine. However I tried that and I only get a clicking sound on my car. I opened up my air box and it looks like the spot where the air goes in isn't even opening either (I can't remember the name to that part at this time). What can I do to fix it?

^ please give information boofoo requested it might help.
However there is a possibility due to rapid cooling of the metal if you did indeed hydrolock the engine that it's now seized. At that point your engine could be toast. I've heard of people managing to break them free on occasion but they still never run right after.
