We traced wire through harness and cant find the weak spot. I need to get 12v to my IACV when the ignition is at on and start. Does anyone know where i can wire a positive connection that will supply this. Or can you offer advice why i am only getting 10v? The valve does work with 12v but cant find where its dying off
