Integra intake on 1999 EX

Weilll, there is a guy in my town selling a few parts off his integra i guess, and one of them is an AEM CAI, which i have been looking for a deal on one for a while, i just am not sure if this one is legit, maybe one of you guys could answer a few questions for me....

no, for the cold air intake, im not sure if that one from the link above will fit correctly coming for my stock d series intake bay
