Interchangeable Greddy Turbo?Help?

I recently have installed the Greddy Turbo kit for my EM1, and was wondering if anyone knew if you could change out the 18G for a Garret and still use the Greddy Manifold. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

it doesnt have to be a greddy turbo..but sometimes you'll have to use an adapter plate from the manifold to the new turbo
