Hey people, what is up? I have the news of my '86 Civic DX starting and running, you can check it out if you want to:

I had some recent posts about my trips to the junkyard to get the cylinder head and fuel pump. So after a week or two, we finally got the time to assemble it today, the 18th of February, 2012. So we go to start it up, and success! I now have a roughly running car!! I am SOOO stoked about this. Just thought you people could use a final update about my car!
I just need a little help. Cuz I can start it, and it will idle for a little bit, speed up then slow down a couple times (NOT pressing the gas, it will do so by itself), backfire, then stall. My friend who is in a mechanics class told me it is the valves sticking, is this true, and if so, will it go away with use?
