well get rid of the rust first then re-paint to the same factory color.
lower it
16" rims
simple bolt-on's such as headers, exhaust, air intake etc.
B16 swap
and much much more

no i do not. im paying to get the body work done.
im not doing a full restore
the car is pretty straight for its age
just taking care of the rust and repainting it. and being that thats my only car i really cant do a full restore
i cant go too long with out a car

Good luck.
Not saying it can't be done, but it won't be won't be cheap nor easy, if you want it done right and to last.
Those rockers are hurtin' for sure and once you start removing trim, it's always seems to get worse before it gets better.
