K20 Upgrading

I would like to upgrade my K20 to at least 300Hp ALl motor i have Intake and cat-back exhaust right now pushing maybe 220 havent had it dynod at all, but I am looking for suggestions as to what the next move should be, Electronics, or should i beef up the motor more first before getting the Hondata Flash Pro??

you'll have to do more than just intake, header, exhaust, and flashpro

JDM K20A engine; Blox valve springs, retainers; TWM 52mm individual throttle bodies, carbon fiber velocity stacks, fuel pressure regulator, fuel rail; A'pexi GT Spec exhaust; Six Sigma Racing 4-2-1 stainless header

that simple set up only made 226 hp

Turbo or supercharger
