Keyless entry 97 Civic LX sedan... do I have it??

Hello all new to this forum... picked up a 97 sedan LX that has electric locks and the original radio. Here is my question. Can I just get a fob and program it to the car if the fob is for a 97? I took the radio out to install a factory CD changer there is a small black antenna coming out of the radio just above the am/fm antenna that lays on the back of the radio. Is that for the keyless?? Also when I depress the small flat button between the fm and cd buttons with the key in the on position the locks go down like it is waiting for a fob to program. just don't want to spend the $$ to find out but I think it will work??

its been a while since I programmed my remotes but I'm fairly sure that if the door locks cycle like you said they do then your car does have the option. I'd just buy a remote on ebay and give it a try, worst comes to worst you only lost $20 and you could probably sell the remote to someone else.
