LaneWatch not working

Recently got hit and my passenger mirror with LaneWatch was broken. got the mirror replaced and now the infotainment system will not recognize that there is a new mirror and camera connected in the secret diagnostic menu. Has anyone else run into this or know of any fixes/fuse locations for this??
