So I just built my motor. 97 y7 block. 98 y8 head. 00 y8 IM. In a 99 civic ex everything is good except my idle being high because I got in a hurry and forgot to block off the air injection holes on the intake so I'm getting a air idle control c.e.l. but I'm also getting a knock sensor code. The knock sensor is hooked up and the wiring is good. My question is are the two codes connected? Is it spark knock from the higher compression and too much air please help
