Mini me swap help

So I've been looking into Doin a mini me swap on my 2000 Honda civic auto I've been reading up on it for couple months now, I have a z6 head outa a 92 civic what do I all need to complete this swap I've seen that the Im are different from Manuel to auto is it gonna just work to use the Manuel Im that came with my z6 head to swap into my d16y7 auto?

Not sure what you said.. but I understood it as you asking wether it matters if the head of the engine will fit in your auto if it came from a manual car?
As far as I know there is no difference when it comes to heads of D series engines as far as auto vs manual transmission. Could somebody else confirm this?
