Need to find where my bolts go

So I was doing a routine timing belt/ water pump change on my 99 Honda Civic and after assembling everything back I was left with two extra 1 & 1/2 inch 10 mm bolts.

I have done this job twice before and didn't have any left over parts. I was wondering if anyone might be able to pinpoint where these two bolts might go. Judging by the condition of the bolts being in good shape with little to no tarnish I'm thinking they were covered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Water pump? IIRC there are 5 or 6 bolts in the pump
But the most easy to start is looking if the timing belt cover bolts are all in their place. If so, maybe some of the water pump are the ones you have.
There's no others bolts (1 1/2 inches) I can remember in that job you've done
