New guy and a D16z6 swap

Hey everybody im about to purchase a ef civic hatchback from my friend and as it sits its a completely gutted shell. However it comes with everything including the d16z6 and the tranny. Problem is, I've never done a swap before. And this is my first honda.. haha I know a project car shouldn't be the first choice at a first car but the price was sweet. Any tips on what I'll need?

I could be wrong because I have never really looked into it, but it seems it would be a pain in the ass to drop an OBD1 engine in a pre-obd car.

I dont think itd be so different would it? Originally they came with a d15? I think

Well this is all just speculation on my part, but I don't believe there are any conversion harnesses from OBD1/O to that setup. It did come with a d15 but they really aren't the same thing. I mean they put a 318 Magnum in a 2000 Ram but you can't really just drop it into a early 70s A body and expect it to just run right?

It has been done plenty of times, there is just a ton more to it.
