Check fuse and relay? Do troubleshooting before spending money on replacement parts

Relay is new and fuse is good, read that after market ICMs get overheated, gonna try putting some insulating compound on the bottom of the ICM so it can transfer the heat

Yea but it shouldnt be overheated on a cold start.. Is this car all stock OEM or did some kid do something to it in the past?

All stock but the radio has been removed, will start on a cold start, won't start after driving a while but will if I tap the starter, but starter is new, had it tested and was told the alternator had low voltage but it's new as well
