no power to fuel pump

I have a 1994civic 2 door hatchback with no power to the fuel pump

Have you checked the fuse?

How did you identify theres no power to the fuel pump? Did you check the fuel pump relay as well as the fuse?

You should recieve battery voltage at the pump connector when you turn the key to the on position for about 2 seconds then go to 0v. During cranking you should get battery voltage though (12v+)
