So basically go in for state inspection, inspector says obd can't read rpm off civic because of a blown fuse.
I've inspected several relevant fuses; I'm probably not looking in the right spot/fuse.
I've looked up that maybe the distributor might be related to this problem?
So the question is, where can I locate the fuse/area that effects rpm readings on obd scans?
