Power windows issue on 8th gen.

None of my windows will operate at all. If I pull the fuses or disconnect/reconnect the battery the windows work,even after the ignition has been off however they stop again some time later.

Im not at all familiar with your vehicle, but its sounds like perhaps a relay or an internal part on the window control module is overheating. Have you inspected the window control module?

The car is a 55 reg 8th generation 2.2 diesel iCDTi.
I haven't inspected the window control module yet
