Rear window in 2002 Civic will not go down, it will go up but not down, help.

Rear window in 2002 civic will not go down, have taken it apart have bought new window hardware, using rear switch am getting power to two prong plug on both sides but power does not seem to activate the down pin . Driving me nuts

I have a new regulator and second hand switch which is sending power to either side as it should but when I operate the unplugged switch from the regulator two prong plug it shows power going to each side as it should. Is there a ground I am not aware of and if so why does the power up ground and not the down?

These are notorious for the wires splitting at the door. I've rewired mine on both sides for the same issue. 1st the back passenger then the front driver side stopped working. Not a hard job.
