Removal of Front Bar Help

Hey guys i just wanted to know if anyone had a diagram of how to remove the front bar. if not help would be greatly appreciated i just need to pull it off and spay it.and if sum1 could help me with the prep aswell would be great thankx guys =]

its the Standard front bar for the 1991 model mate thanks for replying to =] i just joined this recently.
im not sure how to take it off

arghh nah u americans lol the front body kit lol! the front bumper ia that easier to understand?

theres 2 screws at the top of each corner and that take the front markers out and you'll have to take off 2 more on each side
