take a flathead screw driver and pry out the climate control bezel (plastic part that has center vents and controls mounted to it) take out 4 screws holding the cd player to the metal frame attached to the bezel. Unplug the antenna wire and wire harness, DONE..
Ive dont it like 50 times, takes me about 20 seconds, some of the screws may be hard to get out without taking the heater controls off the bezel first, but its really a no brainer after the bezel is outa the dash.
