I am a newby and this is my 2nd post. Anyhow I just bought a 98 HX and looking at some web sites I found one that listed all the service recalls on this car. I was wondering that if i brought my car to the dealer can they tell me if this car has been brought in by the previous owner for these recalls ? If the car has not been serviced under these recalls do I have to pay to get these things checked or fixed since I am the second owner of the car ? By the way the car only has 40k miles on it. Thanks for any help
