My speedometer/odometer/trip mileage meter work maybe 25%, without any detectable pattern. Tach/fuel/etc. work fine. 2000 Civic EX.
This seems like a somewhat common problem as there are many posts about this that I have read over. I plan on trying some of the ideas found in the threads, but I thought one piece of interesting information might make this case different: I just found out that when I hold down the trip reset button, all the meters start to work. When I release it, they go back to not working.
Does this point to an obvious solution, or should I just go down the rabbit hole of other threads and follow ideas there?
