sputtering at temperature: 92 civic dx

1hi, my 1992 dx hatch is sputtering and spitting at around 175-180 degrees Fahrenheit, does anyone know what could be wrong? or possible solutions any information would be great thank you!

Provide some further details. Is it running perfectly fine up until it reaches standard temp? By "spitting" do you mean coolant is being spit out somewhere? Is your Civic manual or auto? Is the sputtering random, while shifting, during acceleration, at neutral, at constant speed, etc.?
