You not know much about cars or Hondas to ask if anyones changed their radio. Its been done thousands of times and thats undershooting the number. The process is a little tedious but not at all difficult. As you saw, there are many videos on YouTube clearly ecplaining how to do it.
A single or double din radio will fit, so that comes down to your preference and budget. You will need an aftermarket wiring harness to to wire up to the new radio harness so you can easily plug into the stock harness.
Have you done any research on brands yet? Alpine and Pioneer are great. Sony, Kenwood, Blaupunkt & Clarion are solid. I dont approve of any other brand.
