stripped front upper control arm

Stripped the front bolt on the upper control arm now it's just spinning not tightening or loosening an ideas on how to get it out

its the bolt that holds the control arm it has a nut on the other side that is welded on i can see it spinning but not coming out

Have u tried heating it and using pb blaster?

i used pb plaster doesnt seem like its stuck i can turn it with no problem just not coming out

do you think using a bolt extractor will work on it ?

try applying pressure to the opposite side while backing out the bolt like stick a screw driver or something between the nut while you extract the bolt. you want lots of pressure so maybe get a friend or a clamp if possible to help.

now get new upper arms and stick the bolts through the wheel well so that the threads and nut are in the engine bay- and coat them with antiseize
