the drivers door wire harness plug literally fall apart by the plug. ideas for fix?

i am having trouble with the electrical functions working on the drivers door of my 97 EX. i found the harness plugs together in the door jam by the hinges. the more i moved it, the more wires started pulling out of their "homes" in the plug. it is literally falling apart.


any thoughts on a fix for this aside from getting a new harness? i was thinking about just eliminating the plug and hard wiring the two harnesses together.

anyone have a wire diagram for this car? i would like to think the wire colors will be the same on each side of the plug........but i doubt they will be.... thanks

Each car is slightly different so you will have to figure it out but look up c556 or 557 pinout
