My 94 civic dx d15b7 my timing belt broke and I misdiagnosed it as a distributor issue so I replaced it then realized my belt was shredded what are the chances my valves aren't bent?

They valves are supposed to be closed at TDC so if one of your valves was stuck down when the belt broke while driving it could have been bent by a piston. tearing it apart is the only way to find out
