Transmission codes for 1992 honda accord

I have a 1992 honda accord ex automatic transmission ... And it has recently been giving me problems... It stalls when I drive it and it has a hard time shifting ... But the thing that there is no check engine light on only a "D4" light .. And I ran the transmission code and its code 2 but I don't know what to change or look at ... is it transmission control solenoid?? ... Can this solenoid cause my car to run bad and stall or is it something else?? Need some help please

Is the "S" light on as well? Most likely you have a bad shift solenoid but you can do resistance checks on the solenoids to see if they are going bad. I don't have access to the specs right now so hopefully someone else can chime in. Code 2 is for a secondary oxygen sensor so I don't think its related.
