Trouble with AC 1994 Civic

Lately I've been having problems with the ac in my 1994 Honda Civic Dx. In the mornings it blows cold, but after being out in the sun for a bit the ac blows hot air. The ac is but on cold but blows hot. I've tried to recharge the ac , and everything looked normal. What could be the problem?

When the A/C blows hot, check whether the condenser fan runs and the compressor clutch engages. If those are fine, then performance test the system with a manifold gauge set.

Hey, the fan runs and compressor works fine. Today ac blew cold all day. You said test the system with a manifold gauge set. Would any local auto parts shop be able to do this?

check to make sure you condensor is clean of debris.
