New to the Honda life. Just a simple question for you all. Can you use the install kit for a 1991 Civic steering wheel on a 1993 Civic. Trying to change out the steering wheel. Can you help?

I'm not sure what you refer to as an "install kit", but the steering wheel should pop right in. Pretty much all the '80s through the 2000's honda steering wheels should fit, if I'm not mistaken. All you'll have to do is wire up the horns and the airbag harnesses, if the wheel you install has one. If it doesnt, then google how to bypass it so your ECU is fool into thinking its still there and you wont get the warning light for it missing.

By the way, what are you trying to ascertain with that poll question? If you're trying to figure out how many people may help you, you'll only find out when each question is asked. So your attempt seems kind of unrealistic.

I voted no, just because

But OP, yes, that should work for you.
