tuning question, please help

well i have a b18c5 runing on a chipped p28, the tune it has is a little dumb and i wanna tune it, i jst got crome and ive been learning how to use it good before i try to tune. the question is what cables or supply do i need to connect my laptop to the ecu and tune??

Bare minimum, you need atleast the Moates Hulog to datalog, and a chip programmer to program the chip everytime you make a change to the tune. Ideally, you will use the Moates Ostrich to tune in real time as you make changes. Lastly, if you don't have a wideband O2, trying to tune is pointless...
