vacuum lines

hey i just recently put my b17a1 93gsr engine in my 92 vx and i've got it running..but it wont stay runnin and i my vacuum lines are all messed up...plus i need to know if it would be better to use my civic ecu which is a p07 i think or the gsr ecu which is a p61 or p63 i cant remember which
